School Ski Trip

I would like to thank the staff for their assistance in kitting my daughter out for her upcoming school ski trip. The staff were so helpful , we tried on loads of jackets , boots etc , making sure everything fitted , a far better option than guessing from internet pictures. A healthy discount at the till was an added bonus. I would highly recommend giving this store a visit for all your outdoor needs.

Bag repair

Hello. I just wanted to take the time to say how exceptional the service was in your Inverurie branch last Friday. We popped in on the way to my daughter’s Duke of Edinburgh expedition, as the clip on the hip strap on her bag was broken. A gentleman went out of his way to find a new one and even came out to our car to fit it. A big thank you for all your help it was much appreciated.

Service at Inverrurie 8/8/22

Excellent service today at the Inverurie store from David W, who took the time to measure my feet comprehensively and carefully explained the best walking boot for me within my price range. Just completed my first 3000 steps wearing them and they are soo comfortable. He also showed me their range of ‘tops’ and I found what I’ve been looking for in a dozen other sports shops both here and in Canada. Well done David and Craigdon.

Great Advice - Footbeds

I just wanted to say thank you for the in-depth info & advice and time taken when I came in earlier today for advice on/to purchase insoles (foot beds, as I now know them!).  It is incredibly valuable to have people at your outlets who know what they are talking about. The contrast with another company I visited earlier for different shoes was vast. I didn’t think to ask the name if the person who helped me, but he had red hair & Salomon-shaped feet!!  I will be coming back to you to buy my new boots in due course. Thank you & please keep having genuinely interested & knowledgeable staff!

Exceptional Service

Having recently been let down by Snow and Rock, I ordered a Salomon ladies ski helmet from Mountain Edge. The service could not have been more different. The gent took the time to physically check the helmet over to ensure it was immaculate and then ensured it was sent on time and I received it within a couple of days on their 48 Hr Royal Mail tracked: The price and quality were exceptional and I couldn’t be happier- I will definitely be ordering from Mountain Edge in the future. Thank you so much you did exactly what you said and got it to me before my holiday and in perfect condition!

Bootfitting Small Feet

My partner  bought a pair of quest prime gtx w boots today after much effort from your sales  assistant  Matthew who tried a few other brands to fit her very small feet,  The advice he gave ensured she had the best boots for the job.  She tried  them out up and down Bennachie without  the slightest  discomfort  saying  they were  like wearing  a pair  of well fitting slippers.   Well done Matthew  for you excellent  customer service  , its always  a pleasure  to be in your shop.  Roy
