Bootfitting Small Feet

My partner  bought a pair of quest prime gtx w boots today after much effort from your sales  assistant  Matthew who tried a few other brands to fit her very small feet, 

The advice he gave ensured she had the best boots for the job.

 She tried  them out up and down Bennachie without  the slightest  discomfort  saying  they were  like wearing  a pair  of well fitting slippers.

Just small note to thank you so much for the amazing service you and the team at Craigdon Inverurie provided for us at such short notice, when we required 20 RAB jackets all embroidered with our company logo to be made available in time for the Christmas shut down.  Our request was met with nothing short of amazing customer service, from the delivery to the embroiderers to me then collecting them, was fault free and the team went above and beyond in all aspects.

Our Staff and management team loved their jackets and they are being worn daily now in and around the office, which is exactly what we were hoping to achieve.

I had the best service ever on a webshop purchase. Thanks to Mary.
I am from the Netherlands and ordered Hestra gloves and an Osprey sack, right before Christmas. The order got lost after leaving the country and could not be tracked in my country.... after just one email from me, Mary helped me out great. She contacted the courier and found out that they could not track it. Almost as a true fortune teller she put aside the gloves and sack to be sure that after the search by the courier she could still send me the gloves I really like. She shipped them with a different courier to the Netherlands and I received them the next day. I am truely greatful for this more than perfect service!
I have had worse webshop-service from stores in my city.
So: 5 stars, 10/10, perfect score etc.

I am just writing to convey my thanks to Craigdon and in particular to Stewart for the excellent customer care given to me a couple of weeks ago.

I purchased a Vango Solaris 500 a few months ago. Unfortunately on our first outing on the 12th of July there was a problem with the front airbeam, which started to deflate soon after we put the tent up. Luckily the weather was dry so this did not present immediate problems.

The following morning I phoned Inverurie and spoke to Stewart and explained our predicament. We were at the start of a two week holiday, which included two festivals at different locations and a stop off near Leeds on the way. We needed help.

Stewart advised us to leave it with him and he would get back in touch to confirm what would be done.

He duly phoned back in the afternoon to advise that a replacement beam would be sent to my brother’s address and, with the help of youtube, we could fit it ourselves.

The airbeam did arrive and we easily replaced the faulty beam.

So a big thank you to all involved. It was a relief to speak to Stewart. His assistance turned a potential holiday disaster into a holiday happy ending.
