UK Delivery
We aim to provide the best possible delivery service on every order, our aim is to dispatch our items the same day as the order is placed, provided the item(s) are in stock and the order is placed before 12.00pm. There may be items that we need to transfer between our stores, which may take a few days to be dispatched.

Most orders are delivered during office hours by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL and will require a signature; please provide an alternative address at checkout if no one will be home to sign for the parcel.

Delivery Outwith the UK
For orders being shipped to countries outside of the UK no sales tax will be included in the product prices you see at our website checkout and you will not be charged any taxes by Craigdon. However, you may be required to pay import duties or sales taxes when your order arrives at customs. We are not able to advise on local tax rates. We recommend that you contact your local tax office if you require more details.
European Delivery

International Delivery

Unfortunately due to cost and parcel length restrictions we may be unable to ship skis and ski poles Internationally. If you would a quote for the costs of a shipment of skis or poles please contact us by email to craigdon@themountainedge.com

We aim to provide the best possible collection service on every order, our aim is to provide collection on the same day as the order is placed, provided the item(s) are in stock in the chosen store and the order is placed before 12.00pm. There may be items that we need to transfer between our stores, which may take a few days to be dispatched. Orders placed after 12:00pm will require 1 processing day and can therefore be collected the following day, again provided the item(s) are in the chosen store for collection. At the checkout page, simply select Collect in Store for Shipping Method and opt to collect in either Inverurie or Aberdeen.
You will receive an email confirming the Click & Collect order and you will receive a further email when the order is ready to collect in store.
If you have any special requests for collection then please let us know and we will do our best. For example we are happy to deliver to your car in the Inverurie shop car park or a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the Aberdeen shop.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 28 days of the dispatch date provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition, with the original labels still intact. Please return any items to the address below:

Please note that this policy does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or personalised on behalf of the customer.
All postage charges for a return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.
For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item, as we regret we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the return and issue a replacement. Once an item has been used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault owing to defective workmanship or materials.
We understand that we are prone to human error sometimes so if we accidentally send you the wrong item or quantity then let us know within 14 days of receiving the item and we will replace it for the correct item and refund any postage cost you may have incurred for returning the item to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
