Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on “Add To Basket” for each item you wish to buy. This will place the item in your shopping basket, and you can check the contents of your basket at any time by hovering over the basket icon in the top right corner of the page. After you have finished your selection, click on the “Checkout” button while hovering over the basket to place your order. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept online payment via PayPal or by credit or debit card through the secure payment services of Protx. Protx is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Orders will not be accepted without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder together with details of the cardholder's registered address. You will be given the option to designate a different address for delivery, and we recommend that this be an address where someone is available during the day to sign for the goods. Your card will be debited at the time of purchase. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will send you an email advising you of alternatives. If you wish to cancel the order at that stage you may do so, and we will arrange to credit any payment made back to the same card.

You may also send your credit card information via phone or snail mail.

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order even though we may have debited your card or we have sent acknowledging emails. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) or commencement of the services that you ordered from us. We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through the website, please note that orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or services or their prices as advertised on this website.
