ABERDEEN STORE FEEDBACK

Hi, I just wanted to contact yourselves to pass on some feedback from my visit to your store in Aberdeen in late July 2016. I have used Craigdon on many occasions for both clothing & footwear, but this time I really needed some advice as I was suffering a lot of foot pain & was struggling to walk much at all. I spoke with Russell at your Aberdeen store and he patiently listened to my explanation of my issues, asked some pertinent questions, and was able to offer an explanation that seemed to make a lot of sense. His information was very clear and concise, he clearly understood my situation and had solutions to offer. In short, he recommended that I try Superfeet inserts but also suggested that I look on Amazon for a spiked massage ball to treat what he diagnosed as plantar fasciitis. Russell's advice has really worked for me & I am delighted and relieved to be able to address my problem, but also very impressed with the help that was available in-store at Craigdon, and the professionalism and care and attention of your employee - Russell. I will be calling in to thank Russell in person next time I am in Aberdeen, but wanted to let the company management know just how impressed I was by him and how grateful I am to him.

WONDERFUL STAFF AT INVERURIE

I would just like to take a moment to congratulate you on your excellent staff at the Inverurie branch. I have visited on 3 separate occasions and received first class service on all of them. In January I was looking for a pair of boots and was assisted by a young man (whose name I sadly can’t remember), who demonstrated excellent product and fitting knowledge and encouraged me not to rush my purchase, and suggested I wait until another pair of boots were in stock so I could try these too. When these boots were in stock, I returned to find they weren’t actually right for me, but another very helpful member of staff (Ewan) ably assisted me in finding an alternative that were suitable. I also visited the shop a couple of days ago, to look at getting some insoles for these boots (after 6 months and about 300 miles, the existing soles were a little flat!) and I was assisted by Olivia. She also demonstrated excellent product knowledge, was really patient and helpful and very competent making specific recommendations. So far, the selected insoles are performing wonderfully! You clearly have excellent staff recruitment and training procedures in place, as I can honestly say that your shop is a really refreshing change to most high street shopping experiences. The staff I have met have all been highly motivated, helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I have felt confident of getting the right product every time. In these days of faceless Internet shopping and bargain prices, your shop reminds us that excellent customer service still exists and is more than worth any price premium. I shall certainly be recommending you to anyone that will listen!

Would like to say how impressed we were yesterday at the Aberdeen shop, my husband needed walking boots, the salesman Magnus was just great, nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable about products and very polite, he is an asset to your business, hope he gets a pat on the back, will certainly come back to the shop.
