This product is designed to provide protection against low force contact caused by the FIS standardised race gates and slalom poles installed along the race course.
After purchase, it is recommended not to use the protectors for longer than three years, as the materials can change their mechanical properties over time and impair the protective effect. Before and after each use, the protectors should not be exposed to sunlight or other sources of light and heat. Only water and non-aggressive soap may be used for external cleaning; solvents, petrol, lubricants or other chemical solvents must not come into contact with the protectors, as these can otherwise affect the structure and functionality of the protectors. Impact protection for alpine skiing complies with the provisions of Regulation EU 2016/425 on personal protective equipment for the intended area of use and has been tested in accordance with the requirements for Category II PPE.

UK Delivery
Order before 12pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Most orders are delivered by Royal Mail using a Tracked 24 service. Oversized packages such as skis, ski poles and large tents will be delivered by DHL or Parcelforce with a delivery timescale of 2-5 days.

Most orders are delivered during office hours. Higher value orders may require a signature. To help ensure you receive your delivery quickly and safely, at our website checkout, you can provide an alternative address or a safeplace for the delivery to be left if no one will be home to receive the parcel.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 28 days of the dispatch date provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition, with the original labels still intact.

Click & Collect
Free Click and Collect is available for all products on our website. At checkout, select Click and Collect as your delivery option. Then, choose the Craigdon Aberdeen store to collect your order from. You will receive an email to confirm your order. You will get a second message when your order is ready to collect. Items in stock at your chosen store should be available within 24 hours of ordering. If we need to take items from another store or warehouse, it will take between 1 and 3 working days before they are available to collect.
