Black Diamond's Vapor is a superlight climbing helmet. Its two-piece construction has a layer of featherweight ALUULA composite under the polycarbonate crown for added protection, plus moulded foam sides. This multi-material construction minimises weight and bulk while maximising durability.
The geometric, open-air design allows unparalleled airflow and venting while also creating the sleek, iconic silhouette of the Vapor. An ultralight cord fit system makes it easy to adjust and comfortable to fit, and the entire cord fit system stows into the helmet for minimal packing. Streamlined head torch clips are ready for alpine starts or after-dark finishes.
