Whilst there are much warmer jackets available, the Earthrise strikes a balance between the warmth required for more serious use and the low weight and pack size that means it can be carried as a back up plan on longer days. The Mountain HC Insulated Hood adds valuable extra warmth and protection, giving an already versatile jacket even greater range. The jacket is completely windproof, featuring a PFAS-free water repellent finish, and will happily fend off melting flakes of snow or a brief shower.
