DMM Alpha Sport QuickDraw Red 18cm

The Alpha Sport quickdraw gives confident handling and easy clipping. Alpha carabiners have grippy back bars, deep rope baskets and a shape that sits naturally in the hand for ease of use. Solid gates improves handling and clipping action, and a rubber keeper on the rope end ensures the carabiner loads in its strongest orientation. The Alphas are mounted on a thick nylon sling that makes it easier to haul back to your high point on a route. The quickdraw for sport climbers who prize easy handling and quick clipping. FEATURES Sport quickdraw for durability and easy clipping. Sport carabiners are mounted on durable nylon to create robust and easily clipped quickdraws. Sport carabiners have extra material in areas of high wear to deal with the repeated falls and intensive use of sport climbing. The nylon sling used to connect the carabiners is highly durable and easy to grab when working routes. Ergonomic carabiner design for positive handling and easy clipping. The Alpha’s shape fits naturally in the hand, and combines with its large gate opening to make the carabiner very easy to clip. Grooves on the back bar increase grip for confident handling. Bent gate carabiner at rope end for easy clipping. These gates are shaped to guide the rope into the carabiner during clipping. Grooves in the gate improve handling, for greater control when making tricky clips. I-Beam construction for optimum strength to weight ratio. I-Beam construction techniques allow carabiners to be lighter without compromising strength. This is achieved through hot forging, a process which allows metal to be made into complex shapes that improve functionality. DMM Spectre Red

The Spectre features I-Beam construction for reduced weight, a shrouded nose for added security, and generous rope radii for smooth rope running and softer catches in a fall. Versatility and a broad feature set make the Spectre an ideal starting point for a climbing rack. FEATURES: ALL-ROUND CARABINER FOR VERSATILITY.  All-round carabiners can be used across trad, sport, or winter climbing. They are full sized for ease of handling, while I-Beam construction and wire gates keep weight low. If you want one type of carabiner to cover all your climbing needs, you need an all-rounder. Wire gate for maximum weight saving. Wire gates are the lightest gate type available, and resist freezing shut in cold conditions. They are crucial in reducing the weight of your rack, and are ideal for trad, winter, and alpine climbing. Small gate notch reduces snagging. Carabiners with wire gates need a gate notch to achieve their full strength rating. The notches on these carabiners are as small as possible while remaining functional, reducing the chance of them snagging on other equipment. I-Beam construction for optimum strength to weight ratio. I-Beam construction techniques allow carabiners to be lighter without compromising strength. This is achieved through hot forging, a process which allows metal to be made into complex shapes that improve functionality. Available in multiple colours for efficient gear selection. Coloured carabiners allow colour coding of gear on your rack, helping you select the right piece of protection first time on a big trad lead.
